GSSD has many different groups, organizations and performance companies that rent space from us. From Imagine Colorado’s Out and About Program to the Hoofin’ High Country Cloggers and Jen Archer’s Ascential Dance – GSSD is a great place to rent! ~ Studio 1 complete with: a finished marley “tap step” floor, full mirrored walls, ballet barres, sound equipment with MP3 Player, CD and tape compatibility, sound paneling, ADA Restroom, and waiting area.

~ Studio 2 complete with: a suspended oak wood floor that is covered with Marley Tap Step, stereo system with MP3 player, CD compatibility, full mirrored walls, ballet barre, sound paneling, ADA Restroom, and waiting area.

~ Studios are perfect for ballroom/partner, square/round dancing, irish/traditional step dancing, yoga, pilates, karate, jazzercize, crafts and church meetings, girl scouts, boy scouts, marshal arts…you name it!

~ Rental rates include website advertising on GraceStudios.com, and Grace Studios mailings and flyers.

Rental Rates:
One Hour/Week
Studio 1- $20.00/hr
Studio 2- $25.00/hr

Two or More Hours/Week
Studio 1- $15.00/hr
Studio 2- $20.00/hr

All studio reservations should be made two weeks prior to rental date. References available upon request.
