“Holiday Recital Guidelines”

• Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, 12/1 – 5:00pm to 9:30pm. See order…dancers may leave once they’ve rehearsed their dance(s)
• Recital – Friday, 12/2 – 7:00pm
• Rehearsals and Recital at the Pinnacle Event Center -

• PICTURES will be taken at the studio by Pring Photography the week AFTER the show. Please see the schedule to view your picture times.
• Please be on time and in Full Costume and Make-Up – Please have all your costumes organized and labeled. GSSD in NOT responsible for lost items.
• Dancers need to cover their costumes while at the recital with either a sweatshirt or smock to prevent damage/staining to the costume.
• Dancers need to arrive 30 minutes prior to 7:00pm curtain time and report directly to their dressing rooms  - not the auditorium
• There is absolutely NO eating /drinking in the auditorium or dressing rooms.  If you need to eat dinner during the rehearsal – please do so in the lobby and clean up after yourselves.
• A professional VIDEO (Rising Moon Video) will be done of the recital.   If you video – it must be done at the rehearsal – NO flash photography or personal videos taped at the recital. Order forms will be available at the studio and at the show.
• Each dancer will receive TWO free tickets -Tickets will be distributed at Dress Rehearsal. Your account must be paid up and current to receive your free tickets and costumes.
• Ticket prices are $8.00 (ages 12 and up) and may be purchased at Dress Rehearsal or starting 45 minutes before the recital.
• Children 11 and under receive a free ticket and will need to present them for entrance.
• DOORS WILL OPEN for the audience (parents) at 6:30pm.  We appreciate you waiting in line for your seats.
• Cheer, Whoop and Yell for your dancers! Don’t be shy…the dancers love to HEAR your encouragement!
