GSSD company dancers participated this past weekend at the Hall of Fame Dance Challenge. In addition to earning Platinum for the Senior Hip Hop “Work” and 2nd place overall in the teen division, we also received several judges choice awards for “Ain’t No Other Man” (Precision Award) “Toy Story” (Best Costume), “Freeze Frame” (Fabulous Feet) and “Get Up Offa That Thing” and “Some Days You Gotta Dance”  (Showmanship Awards).  Congratulations dancers!! W/S Semester at GSSD starts January 3rd, 2011. We are looking forward to an awesome new year! Coming up soon are Hall of Fame Competition in February, Showstopper Competition in April and our May Recitals the 20th-22nd at the Pinnacle…get excited people!

Tonight, at 7pm at the Pinnacle Performing Arts Complex, GSSD, and the Spirit Dance Company will present our annual Holiday Spectacular! Please join us! Tickets are general admission, $8 for 12 and Up. Doors will open around 6:30pm. Dancers that are rehearsing prior to the show need to be there by 5pm. All others please arrive by 6:15 – backstage and ready to dance! Let’s Dance!

November tuition and also the recital fees/costume balances are due. Not everyone has a costume balance. Please refer to your November invoice to see if you have a balance. We must receive your November tuition by the 10th of the month, or you will be charged a $15 late fee.
